Listingbook gives you the freedom to search homes for sale like an agent.  I would like to provide you free unlimited access to the Listingbook in order to streamline your home searching process.  This system is designed to make selling your home a more efficient experience as well.


Your Listingbook account will be updated every 30 minutes from the MRMLS (Multi Regional Multiple Listing Service).  The MRMLS is the system I subscribe to through my local Realtor Association, it cost me thousands of dollars to be a member but I would like to give you access to the same information for free.  The Listingbook service is only available from members of an MLS the only way to get it is to sign up here.


Listingbook makes it easy to search through properties with thumbnail photos and detailed descriptions.  You will receive a daily report from me through Listingbook that identifies new listing of interest, open houses in the area you are searching and notifications of new messages.  Sellers will receive Morning Reports on your property’s activity as well as listings of new interest and notifications of new messages.
